Disney-Pixar’s Coco managed to take home the statuette for best animated feature by winning the 75th Golden Globe Awards held on Sunday January 7th 2018. The film, which is based on Mexico’s traditional “Dia de los muertos” (Day of the dead) celebrations, was directed by Lee Unkrich and Adrian Molina and was very well received by both viewers and critics.
